CHICAGO, July 26, 2017 / Event Industry News / — SpotMe has been shortlisted for Best Event Networking Technology, Best use of Technology for Engagement & Interaction and Best use of Technology for Event Analytics / Data Collection in the Event Technology Awards (ETA) 2017.
Recognized as the accolade, the awards ceremony recognizes the achievements of companies delivering digital and technological solutions to the events industry. Held at Troxy in East London, twenty-one judges, practiced in technology across the event spectrum, will make the final decisions and winners will be revealed on Thursday November 9th.
Adam Parry, co-founder and commercial director of the ETAs, comments: “Technology makes a bigger, faster mark in events media every year, but the sector itself has always looked for the latest solutions to enhance safety, productivity, the experience and all points between.
“The ETAs are designed to reflect those changes. So congratulations to everyone who made the shortlist. The quality and quantity of the submissions makes that a real achievement in itself and we will celebrate in fitting style on November 9.”
Will Poole, Troxy’s Event & Compliance Manager, said: “I’m delighted to see the Event Technology Awards coming back to East London. We have invested in some tech of our own since the last time and look forward to welcoming shortlisted companies, their guests and supporters, to Troxy for what will undoubtedly be a great night.”
SpotMe has navigated several technology cycles throughout the 17 years of existence and this nomination is a recognition of our ability to continuously reinvent ourselves as a leading global technology and service provider.
