Pierre is an event technology pioneer with over 20 years of experience. After joining SpotMe in 2001, he expanded the company’s vision from hardware-based networking devices to comprehensive event engagement solutions. He led the company’s transformation to a SaaS platform in 2011, with a strong focus on enterprise customers. As CEO since 2016, Pierre has pursued a CRM-first strategy and addressed critical industries’ unmet needs, launching Onomi, a customer engagement platform for life sciences. He holds degrees from the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology, Lausanne and INSEAD.
Daphne is responsible for finance, accounting, and planning at SpotMe. She oversees budgeting, investment, and auditing activities. With over 15 years of experience in finance and accounting, Daphne was instrumental in transitioning the company business model to SaaS. As SpotMe continued to expand internationally, she scaled reporting and controlling workflows with a focus on efficiency and accountability. Before joining SpotMe, Daphne worked with Mazars, and with a number of tax, accounting, and financial consulting firms in the Geneva area. Daphne is a Certified Swiss Fiduciary Expert.
Marc brings to SpotMe over 20 years of experience in SaaS platform development and technical leadership with deep expertise in video and streaming, and agile methodologies. At SpotMe, Marc heads the engineering team and focuses on growing the development team with a strong emphasis on platform scalability, reliability, and compliance. Marc has been instrumental in expanding the SpotMe platform with video capabilities for virtual and hybrid events. Before joining SpotMe, Marc worked with Kudelski Group, FIS, and Sterci. Marc holds a Computer Engineering degree from the University of Applied Sciences in Geneva.
Wojciech is a product leader with 15 years of experience in delivering B2B SaaS, web and mobile products. As VP Product, Wojciech is responsible for establishing the product direction derived from our vision. His priority is to reduce friction between technology and event organizers/marketers while maximizing participant engagement. Before joining SpotMe, Wojciech was VP Product and Technology at Skill Dynamics, and previously co-founded In’saneLab.
Olivier leads partnerships and alliances within the SpotMe technology ecosystem and is responsible for new enterprise customer acquisition. He manages top-tier and global accounts and brings to SpotMe over 12 years of experience in enterprise sales, corporate strategy, and management consulting in 7 different countries. Before joining SpotMe, Olivier worked with KPMG and NBN. Olivier graduated from McGill University.
At SpotMe, Alice leads the global account retention and expansion strategy, ensuring customers achieve maximum value from the Onomi solution. With over a decade of experience in program management and customer success, she brings exceptional relationship-building expertise and a deep understanding of client needs in the life science industry. Before joining SpotMe, Alice worked at EY and Yves Rocher. She holds a degree from Grenoble School of Management.
