We are clear on our goals and transparent in our communication

We have a quarterly, fully transparent company and team objectives (OKRs) so we all know where we are heading and how each of us contributes to this journey.

During our weekly All-hands meetings, we discuss all important from new product features to financial results. No topic is banned and no information is hidden.
